When I first came upon Iowa Avenue, it was much busier than it is these days. That it has quieted down as much as it has is disappointing. It is a great site to hook up with people who also want to live a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully, there will be a resurgence at some point in time.
As we move into the new year, my plan is to get back onto my healthy eating regimen. I'm making progress as I choose to eat more vegetables and less processed food. One step at a time seems to work for…
