Well, it starts tomorrow. Life doesn't get any better than setting goals and meeting them. We're in this together, so onward and upward.
I'm declaring Tuesday's as Tight Ass Tuesday. Every Tuesday, I'll capture everyone's results and add them to a exercise related blog post. If you don't want to be included, please let me know.
Keep up the good work, and by the time April 1st rolls around, our new tight asses will be lookin' great............................:)
Well, it's day 1, and so far, I've completed 20 squats and 10 lunges. I like the idea of spreading it through out the day. It's a constant reminder of what I want to accomplish, plus it helps keep me focused on other issues, like eating healthy.

I did the squats and lunges and made 6 circuits through the house. I do three circuits and then let my legs rest for a bit. So, I have done two sets of three. I plan to get in another set or two before the day is over. Climbing up and down the stairs really makes my thighs tired! I must have inspired my daughter, because she came through here doing her circuits, too. I was going to count my steps, but my pedometer refuses to advance. I guess it's time to get a new one.
Whoooo hooo!! Day1.....I ran all over God's green Earth today doing errands and then came home , did my 20 saquats and 20 lunges , and managed to squeeze in 1 mile on the treadmill. I feel so accomplished *big cheesy grin*
Wonder how my legs are gonna feel in the morning ,LOL.
