The internet has taken away much of the one on one social interaction since we can sit in front of a computer screen and even be anonymous. Trying to lose weight or maintain a good healthy body takes some work. How do you stay healthy? It may be your significant other or you may have even joined a group to get your motivation. I just wanted to know if you are going at this alone or do you have a support plan in place.
I was going at this alone, but have now rubbed off on my wife and she's joining me for a good 2 to 3 mile walk every evening.
