What is your number one top fat loss tip for anyone wanting to START fat blasting?

I think my top tip to start fat loss would be to take all the calories out of what you are drinking. Stop drinking calories and keep all your calories for what you eat.

If I had only one tip to give it would be commitment. Without it everything else will fall apart. I think as a whole we all know what we have to do and there really aren't any secret tricks. Its sticking with your plan that is the hurdle.
Cut the crap! Tighten up your diet and be conscious of what you're putting in your mouth.

Other than that, scale back on the cardio and hit the weights (men and women). That will get your fat furnace burning and keep it burning longer as well.
Good answer Steve M! People need to remember you are what you eat... if you eat crap, you are crap!

After cutting the crap, eat nutritious foods along with exercise.
Interval training incorporating resistance training! (check out Allwyn Cosgrove website) Dont waste time with aerobics/steady state type training.
