What snack can I munch on with my coffee? That's LOW in carbs

I am a real coffee fan and I have managed to take out the calories by not having milk and sugar in it. Now I am looking around for a light snack that I can I have with my coffee that's low in carbs and not full of sugar.

Now coffee and boiled egg, coffee and tuna, coffee and cheese AND coffee and air all have something in comment; they're weird!

So can anyone throw any ideas my way?

Much appriciated,
Andrew

Coffee and almonds?
How about coffee almond flavored coffee?
How about some honey roasted almonds? They're not that high in sugar even w/the honey :-).

oops I forgot to mention that I'm sick of eating nuts & seeds :-P ha ha I've been on them since January!
Nice one David! :-) That's what I call a kill-you-quick-snack! Can it even be classed as a "snack"?
Popcorn is relatively low in carbs. One cup popped = 5 grams carbohydrates and, unbuttered, minimal calories.

Sugar-free Jello with a dab of Coolwhip won't do much damage either.

Vegetables are also low in carbs: carrots, peppers, celery, cucumbers, etc. Not that this goes with coffee but it helps take the edge off!
That would go good with afternoon coffee, I wonder if anybody would
want to eat that for breakfast.
I love eating lean beef jerky for snacks. Not sure if that would go good with your coffee though.
Honestly, I usually have a piece of fruit. I love apples and bananas usually do the trick for me. Although these days I don't drink as much coffee and drink more tea (green or herbal) than anything else!
