What is the best Online Fitness/diet Log? I would like to log triathelete training, calories, and weightlifting. Free is most prefered but if it costs money, why is it better than some of the free ones?

I have used http://caloriecount.about.com/ with success. It has a profile that measures your intake and burn, also has a pretty extensive bank of food items. Very easy to use, accessible from anywhere, no download required and it's free.
