Iowa Avenue

Driving in to work today, I heard the a story on NPR about a huge clinical trial (18k participants) that showed a statin (Crestor, specifically) reduced cholesterol among people with even normal cholesterol levels. Yet, a number of low cholestoral subjects still had coronary event during the trial. Now, scientists are looking at "inflammation" as a heart health marker. Any thoughts on this?
