I have come to realize, through life experience and from interacting with others that the reason why people fail to lose weight lies more in that they do not have beliefs and thought patterns that supports their desire to lose weight. If someone has the believes for example that losing weight is hard, then they will subconsciously begin to create that reality for themselves and it does become hard for them to lose weight. It is very important therefore to look at what the quality of our thoughts are and change them deliberately to thoughts that are of a more beneficial nature. In this way, we will naturally attract to us a lifestyle that brings us the results that we are seeking. Would love to hear others input an experience on this subject.
