Here in Indonesia there are not many choices when it comes to having a nice drink of ice-cold FRESH cow juice....(MAN! I MISS IT!!)... the closest thing that I can get my hands on is UHT Milk (Ultra Heat Treated).
ULTRA HEAT TREATED; it just screams processed junk! I mean I know that it can't be good for you, but hey I'm a teacher and that's what we do, we ask people questions that we already know the answer too :-) ha ha
Now the reason for them messing around with perfectly good milk and giving it a treatment of heat is to make it last longer.
So if any one has got any details on UHT Milk if you could pass it on through this discussion I would be most grateful :-)
