Find a weight of some kind that weighs 2lbs, maybe a dumbbell plate, a bag of something, anything that weighs 2lbs; weigh it if you need to.
Now really feel that weight in your hands, it's quite an accomplishment in 7 days.
It is also the recommended amount that you should be loosing per week by doctors and fitness professionals. That doesn't mean that it's an easy thing to do!
It will take discipline and time for you to meet your goals, but you will get there, 2 pounds at a time.
Fast weight loss is not permanent weight loss! If you are loosing more than 2lbs per week then you might consider that you are doing something that you are not going to be able to sustain for a long period of time.
Slow, consistent weight loss is permanent weight loss!
