Lets hope that I can get the ball rolling on this discucssion.
My top two fat loss demons are;
1. Pizza; sometimes it's just too easy. All I do is call they ask if I want the same as my previous order and it's at my door in 30 minutes! 2. Beer; ok this one it really premeditated because I have to call a cab, get in the cab, buy the beer (my wife wont do this part) and then get a cab home. Beer is also dangerous because I get an increased appetite with it.
So here are my fat loss demons revealed. What are yours?

Ha! Maybe revealing them will make them easier to be rid of.
For me - Pizza and tacos! When I'm really busy, like I am now, I don't take the time to cook, so of course I over do the fast food.
My new 30 day challenge is no fast food. Just 30 days. I have a major event that I'm planning, and the stress of the event, going back to school, taking care of my home, is enough to send me to Pizza Hut with a knife and fork ready! I am going to try and make it without fast food - it is my largest demon!
I think the beer demon should be pretty easy to get rid of, Mike! Sounds like your wife is a wise woman :)
