I have started this week with cutting out refined sugar and excesive salt from my daily eating. I have stopped drinking coffee and am drinking green tea with honey instead. i want this as part of my life so this is lifestyle change.

Hello everyone I'm just checkin.
I am hanging in there with this challenge. I have cut down on a lot of things.
I am being more physcially active. Something I can do better on. I am working on that.

Not a quitter, striving for the 30 days
