I am starting my weight loss and fitness program anew. Today i did 30 minutes on my home ellyptical and 100 push ups. Starting out.

I did a "kick butt" step class today. Our usual teacher was out on vacation and the fill in was way motivated. She must have had 5 cups of coffee before class or could it have been that she is 22 years old. Having a different teacher can really keep you on your toes. I have found that taking different classes from time to time can make a huge difference. Doing the same old routine every week can get your body and mind in a rut. Shake up the workout and your body will thank you.

I like this group idea. It reminds me of the soundtrack of Biggest Loser where he sings, What have you done today to make you feel good. So Yeah I have overcame Colorectal Cancer in 2008 and back on the fitness regimen of Eating Healthy, Exercising Daily and Enjoying my body especially cause it is the only one the Original Equipment Manufacturer, God is handing out. Today going for a long walk with my Cocker Spaniel and then off to the gym. Enjoy everybody. Oh yeah did some yoga early this morning.

I didnt discover excersise until after high school (3 years ago), now ican't live without it. I try to go the gym everyday, and if im not in the gym im walking aroundmy university campus. I would love to start boxing classes, just because of the high intesity, and the grat cardio work out. Today I went to the gym and used did one hour of cardio and half an hour of ab work :) I love starting off the weekend this way!!

Of course it does Annalisa....any movement, other than fingers on a key board or thumbs on cell count........ :-)

Does a 20 min bike ride with the child trailer in tow count? It wasn't very long, but I did sweat some.

Have not posted in a while. I graduated from P90X and I'm moving on to ChaLEAN Extreme. I really like the approach to lifting heavy weights with a slow and steady approach. It's a new way to work my muscles and I'm really finding out how strong I am.

Since Breaking my fibula and tibia a little over a year ago I am a big fan of the Elliptical. Low pressure yet it is getting my ankle more mobile. Along with Physical therapy and stretching my ankle out I love the elliptical since I can't to any running or jogging for now. :-)

My children went to see the documentary at the theater. After watching this, they plan to improve their shopping even more. I will eventually see it at least when it comes to DVD so I can forward some animal slaughter parts... :(
