I agree you can always find an excuse not to exercise but making time for yourself to is the best chose you can make for yourself in the end.

Alyssa: I agree with you - exercise gives me such a mental boost and I feel more creative as well. It also saves my family from a cranky mom/wife in the house, no one wants that.

LisaN: I think it's great that you are making an effort to put exercise on your list of things you must do. You already now how good you feel after the workout, Keep it up!!

Mike: two great words "good habit" -- I spoke with a family member yesterday, she works from home and still can't seem to find time to exercise. I told her if she can find time to go to the bathroom, eat, brush her teeth and walk the dog then she can make time to fit in a workout. I think she heard me loud and clear! :-)

Exercise is my sanity saver! I like to mix it up, but pilates and yoga are kind of my mainstays.

Mike, I totally agree. I'm working on developing the habit of including three exercises every morning and every night, push-ups, sit-ups, and lunges, with varying numbers. I'm finding its a great way to start and end the day..................:)

Hi. I am really enjoying my time here at Iowa Avenue. Thank you all for being so friendly. As for exercise: make it a habit. A good habit. Something that needs to be done daily, like flossing or eating. Most people put of working out till the last minute, but when they finally get around to it, they feel so much better.
