Answer the following questions for realistic, achievable and sustainable goals.

Identify 3 things about your current eating plan that needs improvement.

Select one item from your 3 things that you are willing to change.

What will you do differently that you know (or someone else observing you knows) that you are making progress?

Specify a time period.

How often?

How much?

Where?

With whom?

List 3 challenges you are most likely to encounter in your efforts.

What will you do to manage your challenges?

How confident are you on a scale from 0 – 100% that you can achieve this goal?

If you are not at least 75% confident, modify your goal to increase the likelihood that you will be successful.

How do you plan on monitoring your goal?

Goals:

1. Completely eliminate butter, cream, excess fat
2. Get control of portion size
3. Adjust types of snacks I eat in the mid afternoon or evening time

I'm willing to change #3

Selecting fruits or veggies as my snacks or simply drink tea or water.

Over the next 7-10 days--starting Now!

3 challenges:

1. Stress
2. Time
3. Available food items

I will managed my stress by taking relaxation breaks, even five minutes to just breath and relax. I will manage my time better by writing down my to-do's and keeping up with my schedule. I will make sure I plan to have more of the healthy foods available at all times--freezing fruit is a great way to keep them from going bad too soon.

I'm 95% positive on this one.

I will write down my progress and report back here as well to share with everyone.
