I've been trying to be more aware of my eating habits lately. I tend to eat whenever I get the urge without considering nutritional needs. I think that setting a timer to remind me to eat more frequently on purpose will help me to eat better and avoid mindless eating for comfort.
I am also on this type of eating schedule. It seems to work well. I have lost 12 lb so far which I am so surprised over and I am going to increase my fruit intake and hopefully loss a few more pounds. Keep up the great work.
