To me a healthy lifestyle is of course exercising regularly and making healthy food choices but really it is more than that. It is a positive attitude toward life. It encompasses all aspects of our life since our lives and the stress associated with it can lead to health problems or complicate the health issues we already experience. It is not only reactionary but seeks to be proactive in making those healthy choices. Many times in our lives we tend to only seek good health after a crisis but our medical community today is more and more realizing that many of the problems they see on a daily basis are preventable or at least be lessened if healthy choices were made. I hope this helps answer your question and I wish you the best.
