To kick off America on the Move month, Iowa Avenue is hosting a Virtual 5K on August 30-31, 2008. All you have to do is walk a 5K one of those days. Sign up here, and if you'd like, grab a badge to encourage others to sign up.

My children went to see the documentary at the theater. After watching this, they plan to improve their shopping even more. I will eventually see it at least when it comes to DVD so I can forward some animal slaughter parts... :(
