I just try and stay focused and look toward the future. I keep thinking of when I will be at my goal weight and how I will feel then and I will be on the path of maintaining my new life. It is a long and tough road but I know I can do it.
I know you can do it, too. Visualization is a powerful tool, and seeing yourself in the future, looking in the mirror, walking up the stairs, or just playing around. It really is a fantastic tool.
I agree that having your focus on the goal keeps you motivated. And oh how i agree about the visualization Lisa. To make it fun, and to regularly imagine ourselves at where we want to be and feel that reality more and more. This naturally creates the inspiration to act in a way that brings us to our goal. So great. Believe it and you will see it so to speak :)
It's great to talk with positive and encouraging people too. really helps to have friends cheering you on. Positive vibration as much as we can and soon we're at out goal- ready to define our next :)
