I’m glad you asked. It’s very simple:

8 Minutes to a Tight Ass

Minute

Exercise

Advanced

Squats

Add hand weights

1

Quadruped hip extensions

Add ankle weights

1

Lunges

Add hand weights

1

Hip Raises

Add speed

For optimum results, you should do this routine twice a day, 4 days per week.

To perform this routine, do each exercise for 1 minute, rest 1 minute, and then move on to the next exercise. I started working with this routine for about 2 weeks and can already feel it—in both legs and ass.

Currently, I’m using hand (8lb) and ankle (1.5lb) weights.

Be careful to monitor yourself, and if you need to rest more than a minute between each exercise, please do so.
