This group is for keeping track of your weight loss progression and/or body fat. Use the scale, or any other gadgets you have to document your loss. You can also use other methods like visual or how your clothing fits - it's not limited to the scale.

My progress:

1. I lost 2lbs in the last week.
2. I have continued walking 4 days per week, and I will add a 5th day this week.
3. I only ate a salad a day 4 days out of 7 last week.
4. I'm three days late posting my results, which won't happen again. Monday is weight loss progress day.

Well, I hit about 75% of my goals last week.

This week's goal is to hit 100%.

On a side note, I'm now up-to-date on my Walker Tracker. If you haven't login in a while, TB and Carol are very active walkers, too.
