I did my Taebo yesterday and it was a killer but I got through it. My husband did it too but he could not keep up and quit after 20 min. (and he's thin) hahaha :) Why does that make me feel good? Maybe because for once in my life, this fat chick's got something over a skinny person? Not trying to sound evil, I love my husband dearly - it's just that I've never been better than ANYONE at ANYTHING physical in my life and I'm loving this. Even though I'm 271 and I smoke (for now), I'm well on my way to being healthier and it's starting to show in my endurance.
March 8 - 266 lbs. I lost 5 more lbs making it a total of 13 lbs lost. :)
Still at 266, haven't lost anything in a couple of weeks.. Although the past 6 days I haven't exercised. But I'm back in the game again!
April 5th - lost 6 more lbs - down to 260. Yippee!!! That makes a total of 19 lbs. (but I really lost more because I didn't get weighed for the first 6 weeks, so I'm sure I lost something.)

I'm finding that I lose the most when it's during my TOM and a few days after.
Carol, I started my quest to lose the last 10lbs on Monday, so I'm be posting my weight gain or loss on Mondays. (I should be a loss..........................:)
Alright Lisa!!! That's great! Let us know your progress. You should start your own thread/discussion so it's easier to keep track of you, you know?

Will you be doing anything in particular? Like any special type of "diet?"
Lost 5 more lbs a couple days ago. Now I weigh 255. Getting there sloooooowly. :P
Slow and steady wins the race. You're doing great. In regards to my own progress, I didn't lose any weight this week. Too much time sitting in front of the computer.................:(

I have a few plans for May, so I'll keep you posted.
