I've been very slow getting started on losing weight. Two weeks ago I had to go on insulin as I have been diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic. I started weighing myself every day six days ago. So far I have lost 1.6 pounds. I have been following a low carb (90-150 carbs per day) diabetic diet. I haven't yet got a regular exercise program going, but that's next.
