A collection of cooking books I have and have borrowed from the library.
Those small plates are my passion lately... I can't help on learning from each book.
My favorite is Made in Spain from chef Jose Andres.
If the recipe has meat on it, I use any meat replacement.
Small plates make a good portion control.
