I am Scottish born but living and working in Surabaya, Indonesia. I live with my lovely wife Susan and little 14 month old son Daniel.

I am pushing 30 and have decided that there are 2 pains in life; the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. It's time for me to embrace the pain of discipline and change my life forever!

What are your goals?
My goals are to reach 100kg(220lbs) by January 31st 2009. And then after that my goal will be to focus on building muscles which will trim me down some more.
Favorite Music:
Anything except country music.
Favorite TV Shows:
I don't get a lot of time to watch TV but if I do I look for documentaries on the Discovery, NatGeo channels.
What is your current exercise routine?
I weight lift three times per week; Mon, Wed & Fri (but start with a 25-30min cycle)
On Tue, Thurs & Sat I still go for my 25-30min cycle.
What diets have you tried?
everything but the amputation diet :) ha ha
What things do you want to do before you die?
Get fit and leave a legacy of discipline and no regrets.
What is your favorite book?
Any fitness books that show and educate you properly.
