What is your current exercise routine?
Interval cardio workouts about 4 times a week and full body strength training 2-3 times per week. Sometimes I combine both strength work AND cardio to create a really awesome workout!

Well, I'm in a bit of a pickle! I've been working on a fitness/lifestyle/nutrition book for "baby boomer" women for a few months now. Had a title all picked out and everything.........until I found someone else on the internet has recently launched a similarly entitled book (but with a different approach). Yikes.

Unfortunately I learned to late about cardio health, after a atrial fib episode, scary. Now I do an aerobic routine with Wii Fit. And take supplements to strengthen the heart
