I'm a 26 year old male with goals to run a full marathon and pretty much get in shape along the way. The environment plays a large part of my life and I do everything I can to reduce my negative impact on it.

What are your goals?
Make running a part of my life.
What is your current exercise routine?
I run 3 days a week. Do situps, pushups, other resistance exercises on off days. I also ride my bicycle to work daily.
What diets have you tried?
None
