What are your goals?
Half Iron Man triathlon next year. I've done a bunch of sprint triathlons and just did an olympic-distance tri a few weeks ago.
Favorite TV Shows:
The Office, Prisonbreak, LOST, SportsCenter.
What is your current exercise routine?
Swim, bike, run , lift.
What diets have you tried?
None. Just eat healthy and exercise more.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Ironman tri.

Hey Blake - I live in Spanish Fork and have been wanting to do a triathlon for a long time. I peeked at your website and thought it looked great...I need to explore around it a little bit more and see if you mention any training groups for triathlons, since I don't know of any.
