Profile Information

Hometown:
Melbourne, Australia
About Me:
I've started a new well-being blog, Kookaburra, to talk about things I'm passionate about - mainly yoga and meditation
Website:
http://www.kookaburrablog.com
What are your goals?
I want everyone to be able to live as well as they can, with good health and a healthy attitude to life.

By the end of 2011 I will be working in the field of health and well-being. Follow my journey at my blog. :-)
What is your current exercise routine?
Yoga up to 3 times a week. Walking up to 5 times a week (up to 1 hr at a time depending on the day). I've always been into moderate exercise and it has served me very well.
What diets have you tried?
I don't diet as I've always liked healthy food, but occasionally I do Joshi's Holistic Detox if I feel I've been indulging too much. One of the aims of the detox is to change your palate so that you don't crave things so much. It's really helpful.
What things do you want to do before you die?
I want to create a business where I can work for myself from my home office.
I want to travel to every continent (although Antarctica is a 'maybe') ;-)
I want to live in the present moment and remember that wherever I am is where I'm supposed to be.
