I am a certified fitness coach and fitness center owner who coaches clients to look and feel younger. In my nearly 30 years of fitness and bodybuilding competition experience i have helped thousands of people start their journey towards being strong, fit and youthful at any age.
To use my experience and knowledge to make a difference to as many people in the world as possible. Through my writing I want to inform and educate that there is a lot we can and must do to take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing.

What is your current exercise routine?
3 sessions strength training per week
2 sessions interval training per week
3 long walks each week with my dogs
What diets have you tried?
All of them and none of them work. Now I have leaned how to feed my body to enable it to function properly and with strength. I eat 5-6 small meals each day always with a source of protein as the center piece. Dieting is dead - it plummets the metabolism and punishes the soul.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Become a leading source of fitness and weight loss informaton on the internet. I wish to continue to build my internet business as a retirement strategy so I can travel and still have a business and an income.
What is your favorite book?
All books on hormones and metabolism.
