Tight Ass Tuesday - Step Up to Having One - Take the Stairs Today!

Climbing stairs. I know - it's boring. But it's great for your rear end. Take the stairs today!

5 Ways to Decrease Boredom and Increase the Number of Stairs Climbed Today

1) plug in some headphones and listen to music as you climb the stairs instead of taking the escalator or the elevator

2) sing a song out loud! this will help with your rhythmic breathing

Nice video Cheryl. Cool music. I saw you punching the air quite a bit. I guess you're a pretty good fighter for a "girl.".............:)

Good to see you have a great sense of humor. You're right, it's not as easy as it looks. I would like to spar more--as a cross-training exercise--but have no one to spar with.

Couple months ago, I froze up my right shoulder from overuse in the pool. I've been in P.T. and this has been my toughest sports injury ever.

Hopefully, in a couple of months I'll be back in the pool. Funny enough, the day of my last to last swim, the girl I was working out with, is the 2nd fastest in the world in the 50 meter.

Oh what a drag! It's so frustrating to be out with a major - or even a minor - injury. Not being able to follow your regular training routine throws everything off. You sound like a really powerful swimmer. Is Mark Spitz in your family tree? haha!

There's a guy named Arik who was training with us for awhile at FloMAC. He's on the swim team where he goes to school. I'll have to look him up on fb to get the name of his school.

Leaving today for Memphis!! Gonna watch Kenny and Clay knock the stuffing out of each other at UFC 107. Clay's crazy hair will be flying everywhere! Mine too, probably...lol! Have a great weekend!

This has been my first major major injury and it sucks. I got lucky b/c swimming is something that I happened at a young age to be really good at. I can't play basketball, baseball, or football worth a darn.

I've watched some of the UFC fights, they're very good. I'm more a traditionalist in terms of just strictly martial arts.

You look in very good shape--how much time do you spend doing this and at what level are you? You too, Cheryl, have a great weekend.
