I have been over-weight all of my adult life, now it has become a health issue and I must lose weight. my biggest problem and main curprit is depression and when it peaks ...I over-eats. I have no problem being active and i love to walk, but I mostly limited it to the mall since i live in a bad area. I love gardening, drawing and paint,ing,collecting coins, figurines, dolls, postcards etc. making new friends on the computer, word puzzles, jiz-saw puzzles etc. Iam presently on medical leave from my job. and now I have so much time on my hand that is non-productive, and that in its self is depressing. My problem is in the evening, that is when all hell breaks loose! oh yes, I have a weakness for chocolate.
What are your goals?
I wear a size 18, I would like to get down to a 14, I have no desire to be a twiggy. the largest I have been is a side 26! my other goal is to try and re-condition my mind to engage in spot exercise to tone-up, I can walk a mile {according to the pedometer} but i hate to perform general exercise

walking when i feel like it
What diets have you tried?
lemonade diet,rotation diet, nuri-system diet, fasting, liquid diet, protein diet, and the good old favorite pulling yourself away from the table diet
What things do you want to do before you die?
lose weight and re-gain my health, control my depression, Market my Art and craft. conquer my fear of flying so that I can travel to a distance land.
