Yes, it is as matter of fact my son when he was much younger had a week long stay there for asthma. Their PediIcu was a life saver (literally). It has been cold and rainy here which has affected my walking stats. I just hate that, but I'll be back out there today no matter what. :)

50 lbs. is totally doable! I did atkins too...lost some weight but put it all back on and them a little more.

I am eating a balanced diet to incllude ALL of the food groups including complex carbs. I work out for 45min twice a day and sit in the infrared sauna for 30-40 minutes twice a day. That along with walking I have lost 14pounds so far and counting.

My son will be getting married soon and because the date has not been set it could be at a moments notice or it could be a year from now. It's anybodies guess. In an effort to be at my most photogenic I am on a fitness mission. I refuse with all that is in me to be stuck wearing the dowdy Mother-in-Law dress. But if I have to I am hell bent to look good in the frock.
