- I'm originally from England but moved to the States in 1999. I'm married with 2 kids and stay at home with them. I qualified as a Naturopathic Doctor on the day my son was born.

- What are your goals?
- To raise great kids, to be generous, to teach a lot of people about natural living, to live financially free, to visit my family in England twice a year.
- Favorite Music:
- I can't say that I have a favorite style, but my favorite song is 'Carrying a Torch', by Van Morrison. I walked down the aisle to that song. It's raw, passionate and very real.
- Favorite TV Shows:
- I don't watch much TV but if I do I like, So you think you can dance, Dancing with the Stars, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, PBS, Oprah.
- What is your current exercise routine?
- I teach water aerobics and a beginners exercise class. I like swimming, yoga, zumba, step aerobics, toning. I don't have much of a routine right now because I have two small children but I can't wait to get back into exercising more.
- What diets have you tried?
- I don't believe in dieting, I believe in healthy eating as a lifestyle.
- What things do you want to do before you die?
- I feel like I'm doing everything I love to do right now. It's a good time in my life so I'd just like to do it better. The only things I'd like to do that I still haven't done is to write a book, and to travel to countries I haven't been to, and to take my family.
- What is your favorite book?

- Hi! Thanks for the addition. I have been a bit absent from here but always check in... and after a hiatus of everything, I'm about to get on board again with healthier eating and fitness. Isn't Springfield close to St. Louis? I'm originally from southern Indiana and have made many trips to St. Louis for Cardinals baseball games. :) Have a great wknd!

What are you doing?
I totally agree with you Barbara! Fage is delicious! I use it for curries, dressings, or by itself. Greek yogurt is much better than regular :)
SPlenda and Equal and artificial sweeteners are a big NO in my world. I know two holistic nutritional biochemists and both tell me "no way." Raw honey and agave seem to be okay to use in moderation.
Nasty taste? Wow..have you tried Fage? I try to avoid ALL dairy, but every now and then allow myself a dollop of Greek Fage yogurt. I love it. It tastes like rich creamy sour cream.
