I'm originally from England but moved to the States in 1999. I'm married with 2 kids and stay at home with them. I qualified as a Naturopathic Doctor on the day my son was born.

I love to talk about natural health, I love to write and I love being at home with my kids, that's why I blog, because I get to do everything I love at the same time.

What are your goals?

To raise great kids, to be generous, to teach a lot of people about natural living, to live financially free, to visit my family in England twice a year.

Favorite Music:

I can't say that I have a favorite style, but my favorite song is 'Carrying a Torch', by Van Morrison. I walked down the aisle to that song. It's raw, passionate and very real.

Favorite TV Shows:

I don't watch much TV but if I do I like, So you think you can dance, Dancing with the Stars, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, PBS, Oprah.

What is your current exercise routine?

I teach water aerobics and a beginners exercise class. I like swimming, yoga, zumba, step aerobics, toning. I don't have much of a routine right now because I have two small children but I can't wait to get back into exercising more.

What diets have you tried?

I don't believe in dieting, I believe in healthy eating as a lifestyle.

What things do you want to do before you die?

I feel like I'm doing everything I love to do right now. It's a good time in my life so I'd just like to do it better. The only things I'd like to do that I still haven't done is to write a book, and to travel to countries I haven't been to, and to take my family.
