I am a married mother of 2 working on a few business ventures and blog about mental and physical health. I have an undergrad degree in psychology and an MBA and will begin a PhD program later this year. I love to be with my family, cook, garden, read and enjoy life-long learning!

Yoga ball, thighmaster and pilates

I just watch the carbs and sugars, not as they go into my mouth :-)

Haven't thought about this enough to answer right now! I just want to live a happy, healthy, peaceful life filled with family, good food and success on every level!
Gabrielle, I'm with you on the books thing. There are so many good books out there and not enough time in the day to read them. These days, I can also say the same thing about blogs...................:)
