Not enough at this time, currently walking and a little chi gong, Ti Chi and yoga.

Currently enjoying the Mediterranean Diet. A wide variety of foods, textures and tastes.

What things do you want to do before you die?

Lots, travel (I work in the travel industry now), have a good meditation practice.
