I'm a mom, wife & fitness coach (certified holistic nutrition counselor, personal trainer & fitness instructor). We live in MA with our two dogs (one american bulldog, one english bulldog) I am passionate about healthy living and enjoying life. My family & I are incredibly blessed.

What are your goals?
-To raise a happy & healthy daughter
-To run the NYC Marathon in November
-To graduate from school next May
-To start auditioning locally for opera gigs in the fall
-To enjoy every day

I love just about everything...except maybe hardcore heavy metal

The Office, Grey's Anatomy, Intervention, Weeds
What is your current exercise routine?
Lots of running for the marathon, cross training to give my body a break, plyometrics & weights
What diets have you tried?
EVERY SINGLE ONE! Started dieting in the 3rd grade!!! ugh...
What things do you want to do before you die?
-See my daughter graduate college, ge married & have children (if that's what she wants) or whatever her dream is
-Sing the lead at the Metropolitan Opera & La Scala
-Travel the world
What is your favorite book?
There are so many...I'm a book-a-holic...I have a serious problem

Have you run any Marathons lately? BTW, the US' Woman's Triathele team swam at my pool before they left for the games. I talked with their coach a bit, and she told me they worked out at least 8 hours a day. It's like having a full time job basically.

The NYC Marathon!?! That's awesome. No--them. I barely have time to get my hour in 3 - 4x a week now in the pool. Even up until a couple years ago I was able to get more pool time in. Now my work schedule is way too hectic. Congrats, Jacqueline, you must have really trained hard to accomplish this. I think it's inspiring esp. since you're also a mother.
