About Me:
I'm a 24 year old female who has been carrying around way too much weight for several years now. I've made it my goal to try and lose about 25 pounds by my 25th birthday in February. I pretty much need all the support that I can get on this mission of mine or I WILL fall off the wagon and probably not get back on it again for a long while.

What are your goals?
1. To lose about 25 pounds by my 25th birthday.
2. To live a healthier lifestyle.
3. To be more confident with my body.
4. To not be so "couch potatoish" anymore.
Favorite Music:
Mostly Country but I listen to pretty much anything, with the exception of "screaming" music and music that has a lot of foul language in it.
Favorite TV Shows:
Grey's Anatomy, Deadliest Catch
What is your current exercise routine?
I walk a lot. I'm in the process of trying to figure out what will work for me through trial and error. Basically trying to cut the pounds and inches without the help of a gym membership if it can be helped.
What things do you want to do before you die?
I want to do a lot of things before I die...Go see Monument Valley is defiantely on the list.

Hi Jamie! I was reading your bio. We like some of the same things! I love country music. I have been "working" on a healthy lifestyle for the last two years. I've made some huge strides, but still not quite where I need to be. Walking is good, but you need to get some resistance training in also. Build some muscle--it will boost your metabolism and burn more calories. Make sure you just balance things out...don't go too far overboard on the diet or exercise. Stick to it, and it will happen!
