Just recently coming through the other side of an eating disorder, I've discovered a love and interest in the enjoyment of healthy food and recipes. I am an avid spinner, a certified instructor, and I am truly striving to treat my body the way that it deserves.

What is your current exercise routine?
Some type of cardio, at least 45 minutes, 3 days a week. Mostly it is spin class, but I also enjoy the elliptical, walking, and doing intervals on the treadmill. I also do about a 20 minutes full body free weight routine 3 times a week.
What diets have you tried?
Not very many, after I gained a little bit of weight freshman year of college, I let calorie counting get out of hand, but now I am striving for a well rounded diet, and I try to keep my foods as natural as possible, the less processed the better.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Live in France, have children, find love, be happy with myself as a whole!
