I signed up for this--and then didn't use it--and as one may expect it didn't do me any good!
I am bound and determined to work out, eat better, and use the tools around me to achieve a healthier lifestyle and hopefully see some results involving my body returning to its old shape!
Fit back into my summer clothes by summer 2010..summer 2009 was very sad as I didn't fit in any of my shorts and was too depressed about it to buy new bigger ones.
To rebuild my self confidence and spend some time focusing on myself (after years of focusing on relationships, school, jobs, and everything but my own well being). I believe through taking time to focus on myself and my personal happiness I will be able to make those in my life also happier.
What is your current exercise routine?
I just joined Altoona Campus again. I have started doing cardio several times a week and some free motion machine weights about 3 times a week. However, I started going back 2 weeks ago--got sick--and now have to basically start over at square one.
What diets have you tried?
No real diets--although I want to start focusing on healthy eating!
