Wow, it's great to have a chef as a resident of Iowa Avenue. I'm looking forward to hearing any ideas you have which will help our residents with their healthy recipes. Welcome!
Hello, I'm glad to be here. I have a long history in the field of Restaurants, both casual and upscale, l. Catering companies. Also as a Personal Chef with my own company. Now restaurant consulting and shopping.
I strongly believe that having your menu planned and partially prepared or fully in advance, for, say. the week only helps individuals to eat far healthier meals regularly and save time/stress and to avoid impulse buying on the way home from work etc. at the Supermarkets or drivethroughs!

Thank you, Dietician.
I'd be happy to. I don't get in here often though I will try to check it out later on today.
Did you begin this group? what can I do, myself to help contribute for you et al?/
Have a pleasant day. - john

30+ years in the Restaurant, Catering and Personal Chef Services in the Greater Boston area. I did not go to Culinary School though began working my way up at the age of 12. Has it's ups and downs like everything though I am proud of where I started and where I've gotten to. I strive for excellence in every aspect of the field.
I'm on a bit of a Hiatus as I suffered a Stroke 3 years ago at the age of 40! It disabled my left side, though... It has helped to teach this Chef, a bit about Patience!
To regain as much function back in my left hand and leg so as to return, as succesfully as prior to my Stroke to the industry which I love and had devoted my life to.
On a less selfish note, I guess, continue to raise my two young daughters, Bailey, 9 and Casey, 7. Hopefully providing them the best of what life has to offer and returning to them both the time they've missed with their Dad all the while being forced into the positions of little "caregivers at ages 4 and 6! I owe them and they are both very smart and deserving of the very best.
Giving back to those who have given to me and others in my position. Continue developing, young and aspiring Chefs.
