Thanks for the information. I prefer using food whenever possible - I eat seaweed almost every day, and take aloe vera juice when I feel a flare-up coming on. I also eat a mostly whole foods diet, which was key in overcoming both the IBS and acid reflux. I'm glad you've found something that works for you! I haven't had a chance to take a look - will do so soon!
