I totally agree with you Barbara! Fage is delicious! I use it for curries, dressings, or by itself. Greek yogurt is much better than regular :)

You are right about this, their is way too much emphasis put on eating meat. I try to get as much fiber as I can in my system.
Americans eat too much protein. There are natural sources to get it. If you eat enough fiber you won't need any colon cleanse... there is no need to ingest any chemicals though.
I understand that this diet is not for everyone.
I have done that before, but I think you should add some protein in their. I tried it but it lasted about 3 days until I just had to have some protein. I would probably go the lean chicken, sounds like you could also use a colon cleanse. This will r…

- I can't shut up about health and fitness! I also have a husband who is a fitness hater (I'm slowly breaking him down) and 4 beautiful children, ages 4 months to 16 years old. I am currently studying for ACE personal trainer certification.

- To pass the ACE certified personal trainer examination later this year!! And I will.

- Upper/Lower body weight training on alternate days with 60 minutes walk Monday through Friday. Weekend runs and/or plyometrics.

- Not into diets, just healthy eating, exercise and the occasional splurge.

Your first time...
No, it's not what you think.
I'm talking about your first time doing something you never believed could be accomplished - stepping out of the "I wish" or "maybe one day" phase and actually living what you dream about.
I did my first hike ever last weekend and will do my first half marathon next month. I also started my first blog, Yum Yucky, and I'm on my way to my first certification as a personal trainer.
