About Me:: I can't shut up about health and fitness! I also have a husband who is a fitness hater (I'm slowly breaking him down) and 4 beautiful children, ages 4 months to 16 years old. I am currently studying for ACE personal trainer certification.

What are your goals?: To pass the ACE certified personal trainer examination later this year!! And I will.

What is your current exercise routine?: Upper/Lower body weight training on alternate days with 60 minutes walk Monday through Friday. Weekend runs and/or plyometrics.

What diets have you tried?: Not into diets, just healthy eating, exercise and the occasional splurge.

What is your favorite book?: The Holy Bible

Your first time...

No, it's not what you think.

I'm talking about your first time doing something you never believed could be accomplished - stepping out of the "I wish" or "maybe one day" phase and actually living what you dream about.

I did my first hike ever last weekend and will do my first half marathon next month. I also started my first blog, Yum Yucky, and I'm on my way to my first certification as a personal trainer.
