Hello:-) I love to scuba dive, swim, listen to music and travel. I also spend a lot of time on the internet, marketing my small business. I live in a city called the Gold Coast, on the eastern side of Australia, where there are 50 miles of beautiful sandy beaches and lots of surf. I don't like being in the surf, but I love the sound and the smell of it, and the feel of walking in the sand! Living here is like being on holidays all the time.
I want to inspire and educate others about a healthy lifestyle so they can benefit from good nutrition as much as I have over the last 10 years.
I want to travel all over the world, exploring under the sea, taking photos and sharing with the world.

What is your current exercise routine?
Swimming twice a week,
Walking up and down an extremely steep hill every night, which takes about 40 minutes.
Lifting light weights at a fitness center once or twice a week.
15 minutes of floor exercises nearly every day, mostly sit ups and abdominal exercises
What diets have you tried?
Nutritious diets, lots of fruit and veggies, a little meat, lots of fish, eggs.
I live close to the beach, too, but don't get down there enough. Summer is right around the corner, so hopefully, I'll be down there more.................:)
