Too many to list, I have two degrees in Nutrition and one in Chinese Medicine, so I experimented a lot!
What things do you want to do before you die?
Travel to places where the locals haven't heard of the internet.

A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, by Dave Eggers comes to mind
