What are your goals?
To create healthy meals for my family so as to raise my children eating naturally.
What is your current exercise routine?
I run 3 times a week and do strengthening exercises 2 times a week, plus yoga and occasionally some ballet.

When my kids were younger, I used to have one major rule in my family, eat at least 5 fruits or veggies per day before any "junk." It really worked.
