Born in 1955, to a home of poor nutrition, I yo-yo’d in weight from age 12 (130 lbs) to age 50, tipping the scales at least once at 301 lbs, and a confessed slug at heart (non-exerciser) and food-oholic. I am recovering and living a healthy, happy lifestyle, following my motto "don't be a fool, eat for fuel." Author of the Diet Pulpit.
