i have spent my working life in the Health and Fitness Industry. Having for many years studied personal development, i then certified as a Life Coach. My philosophy is simple– The Mind and Body are connected, they both have to work well and together to achieve success. I am the author and creator of a Healthy Lifestyle Plan which has helped hundreds of people change their lives and bodies forever.
I exercise 7 days a week, 5 days a week performing strength training routine, with 20 minutes interval cardiovascular at the end. On the weekend i do an hour each day of cardio on its on.
What diets have you tried?
Due to sports injuries i went from a muscular 14 stone to a flabby 17 stones in 12 months, having been unable to exercise. The healthy eating plan that i'd been coaching people on for years came to my rescue.
