My background is in stress management, life coaching and as a physical fitness trainer. I have worked in the health and wellness field for over 15 years helping thousands of clients reach their wellness goals, implementing a healthy lifestyle and creating a new life beyond stress and illness.
I am a qualified gym instructor as well as life coach. I have successfully helped many clients learn and implement powerful tools and techniques to bring about personal and professional change and overcome difficulties in their life.
