I'm 27, married and have lost 80 pds in the past two year. I'm feeling great, but still need to drop another 15pds or so to get to a healthy weight.
I love hiking, camping, playing disc golf and just generally being outdoors. My favorite hobby is playing with my nephews a.k.a my roomates two Boston Terriers!
What are your goals?
To loose 15pds tone up and eat healthier foods on a daily basis. Also to do more resistance training and try some classes at my gym.
Pretty much anything! O.A.R, RA, Dispatch, Jack Johnson, Fall Out Boy, All American Rejects, Christina Aguilera are some of my favorites!
Favorite TV Shows:
Hero's, Bones, Lost, CSI, House, Chuck, The Great Race, Survivorman, I shouldn't be Alive...so many shows...so little time!
What is your current exercise routine?
Most days I do at least 45 mins of cardio, elliptical trainer, stair stepper or treadmill, I've been trying to incorporate more resistance training in the form of weights and yoga. My New Years Resolution is to do more yoga and I'd like to try a Spinning Class and a Karate/Self Defense Class
What diets have you tried?
LOL what haven't I tried. Weight Watchers, E-diets, Slim Fast, South Beach...fad diets, unhealthy diets, restricting calorie extremely diets. Right now I'm trying NOT to diet and just to watch my calorie intake and eat healthy foods that will give me the most nutrition and strength to exercise and reach my goals.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Travel, Learn to play the guitar, have children, get a dog, buy a house, have a job that doesn't feel like work!
What is your favorite book?
The Catcher in the Rye, The Sword of Shannara two of my faves!
