What is your current exercise routine?
I run at least 3 days a week 3-4 miles. Work-out twice a week with a personal trainer. Sundays at 6:30, I work out with some long-time friends.. It's great cause it's quiet then...
What diets have you tried?
None really, just trying to cut back. I recently was put on a "Fast & Furious" regimen through a nutritionist friend of mine. It's the only time I've ever been successful.
What things do you want to do before you die?
Do an archeological dig, fly a helicopter, go to Tibet, build my own house and be an awesome grama!
